How ranking works
- Only completed (won) games count, and every result is checked for a plausible time and move count before it's listed.
- Ties break toward fewer moves, rewarding efficient counting as well as speed.
- Signed-in players keep a permanent name on the board and sync records across devices; guests can still post a display name.
- Switch between Today, This Week, This Month and All Time above to see recent form or lifetime bests.
What counts as a good All Fives time?
Times vary a lot by player and by shuffle, but here's a rough guide to aim for:
| Just learning | Winning at all is the win - don't watch the clock yet. |
|---|---|
| Casual player | A comfortable, unhurried game, usually a few minutes. |
| Getting good | Quick, confident placements with almost no wasted draws. |
| Speed runner | Single hands in under a minute - clean, decisive counting. |
The fastest way to climb this board isn't frantic clicking - it's making fewer, smarter plays so the clock barely moves while you count.
